With a high of 25 degree's & the wind whipping off the lake - it sure was one cold parade! Kids were bundled in layers: long underwear, snow pants, 2 hats, gloves. Momma's had the long underwear and head coverage, but not much more. But, the bigger kids froze with just coats and hats. Hmmm.... fashion doesn't = warmth!!Funny thing was watching the kids attempt to move and pick-up the candy from the floats! Of course, little Miss got frustrated and just wanted to grunt, when other kids got the candy!
Santa ended the parade, which started Nolan singing holiday carols & he hasn't stopped yet!
